The unit provides around-the-clock, baby-focused substance abuse rehabilitation for pregnant women and families with substance dependency. The team includes a supervisor for family work, nurses, community workers, and guides, with expertise in trauma, early interaction, substance abuse, and mental health. The work involves participation in therapeutic community work, supporting parental change, and fostering parent-infant attachment. The role is new, with opportunities to develop the job description. The ideal candidate has qualifications as an occupational therapist, family therapist, or psychotherapist, with experience working with families and knowledge of early interaction, substance abuse, and mental health. The position is fixed-term until 31.12.2026, with possible extension, starting as soon as possible, and involves two-shift work. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement.
