Director, Information Security - IFS - Remote - Global

The role involves leading the full information security lifecycle across five areas including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Application Security, Security Operations & Threat Management, Cloud & Infrastructure Security, and Trust & Customer Assurance. The candidate will develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies, manage compliance programs like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, oversee threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and ensure security in cloud, on-premises, and AI environments. The role includes building a high-performing security team, managing budgets, and serving as the primary security advisor to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in leadership, and holds relevant certifications such as CISSP. Experience with AI/ML security, regulated environments, and international data protection frameworks like GDPR and CCPA is required.
