Project Manager: Data Center Delivery, Finland - Verda - Remote - Global

You are the primary engine behind the physical expansion of our digital footprint. Your mission is to lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical infrastructure, ranging from large-scale greenfield build-outs to precision tenant fit-outs in global colocation facilities. You ensure that every megawatt of capacity is delivered safely, on time, and to the exacting standards required for high-density AI and cloud workloads. Drive projects from initial site inception and design through procurement, construction, and final commissioning. Manage a diverse portfolio, balancing multi-year, large-scale builds with fast-paced colocation fit-out projects. Act as the central point of contact for internal engineering teams, general contractors, and colocation providers to ensure alignment on design intent and operational goals. Oversee the installation of critical infrastructure within active, live-data center environments. Identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining oversight of multi-million dollar budgets. Lead site walks and supervise system testing to meet zero-downtime standards. Shift resources rapidly between major sites and smaller initiatives. Contribute to development of deployment playbooks for global expansion. Experience: 5+ years in project management in mission-critical environments. Knowledge of data center components like power distribution, cooling, and cabling.
