We are currently looking for 1-2 new employees to join the growing welding team at Darekon's Klaukkala production facility. The tasks include MIG and TIG welding of thin sheet metal, robotic welding, and metal grinding. Currently, work is performed in two shifts on weekdays, but we welcome applicants who are open to three-shift work. The work will start as soon as possible according to the agreement. Success in this role requires at least a couple of years of work experience and skills in MIG and TIG welding. Some experience with welding robots is also desired, but programming skills are not required. We also expect fluent Finnish language skills, good teamwork skills, and a high work ethic. The employment begins with temporary staffing, after which there is an opportunity to be employed directly by Darekon in a permanent position. During the entire temporary period, you will have access to private occupational health services and support from a dedicated contact person. The salary is at least in accordance with the Technology Industry's collective agreement, but negotiable based on your skills and previous experience. Interested?
