You will be supported by a wide range of professionals in Kirkkonummi's early childhood education sector: early childhood education counselors, psychologists, language and culture teachers, an early childhood education counselor, a digital coordinator, and other specialists. As an early childhood education teacher, you will be responsible for your team’s pedagogy, assessment, and development, and participate in the daycare’s early childhood education work and development alongside the director. Qualifications: Qualification as an early childhood education teacher according to the Early Childhood Education Act, section 26 (540/2018). For new early childhood education teachers/special education teachers, a recruitment bonus of €150/month is paid for 12 months after the six (6) month probation period. The bonus is conditional on a permanent employment relationship and meeting qualification requirements. The selected candidate must present a criminal background check within 30 days of the decision (Child Welfare Act 504/2002). The position requires a health statement regarding respiratory tuberculosis, according to the Infectious Diseases Act section 55.
