Join an enthusiastic and bold team of early childhood education teachers in Kirkkonummi to create sustainable and impactful early childhood education, learning together and celebrating successes. Kantviki Daycare is located near forests, rocks, and a sports park. You will be supported by a wide range of professionals in Kirkkonummi's early childhood education sector: early childhood education counselors, psychologists, language and culture teachers, an early childhood education counselor, a digital coordinator, and other specialists. We value your interest and experience in developing pedagogy for young children. As an early childhood education teacher, you will be responsible for your team’s pedagogy, assessment, and development, and participate in the daycare’s early childhood education work and development alongside the director. We expect strong collaboration skills and a desire to work communally and constructively. You will have influence over your work, as we encourage activity and new ideas. Qualifications: Qualification as an early childhood education teacher according to the Early Childhood Education Act, section 26 (540/2018). For new early childhood education teachers/special education teachers, a recruitment bonus of €150/month is paid for 12 months after the six (6) month probation period. The bonus is conditional on a permanent employment relationship and meeting qualification requirements. The selected candidate must present a criminal background check within 30 days of the decision (Child Welfare Act 504/2002). The position requires a health statement regarding respiratory tuberculosis, according to the Infectious Diseases Act section 55. Group and individual interviews will be held in week 22 at a time announced separately.
