Job Description
The senior dispatcher is responsible for performing all roles in the emergency dispatch center and for developing the skills of the emergency dispatchers in their team. The senior dispatcher provides operational support to the shift supervisor and acts as their substitute (excluding KIEKU supervisor duties). The position is based at the Vaasa emergency dispatch center.
