The shift supervisor manages their own shift, ensuring smooth store operations and staff work in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager. This role is a great step in a leadership career and suitable for career changers with team leadership experience. No native Finnish required, but customer service, supervisory tasks, and complaints should be manageable in Finnish.
