Job Description
We are seeking a property caretaker for a permanent position in the technical services area in Kristiinankaupunki. Qualifications: A relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience gained through work. Advantages include: Good skills in Swedish and Finnish. Trial period: A six-month trial period will be applied. Salary: Salary and terms of employment are determined according to the municipal technical staff collective agreement (TS). The task-specific salary is €2,201.94 per month. Health status report: An acceptable health status report of the applicant is required. A certificate obtained during the health examination of new employees is considered an acceptable document. The property caretaker participates in property maintenance tasks. The work includes on-call duties. Driving license and the ability to use a personal car are required for the position. The immediate supervisor is the work supervisor Stefan Lindell.
