K-klinikka provides rehabilitative substitution therapy aimed at motivating and supporting clients towards sobriety and overall life management, as well as reducing the harms caused by substance use. We are seeking a counselor for a fixed-term position from June 22 to August 9, 2026. Primary responsibilities The counselor's duties include medication administration and distribution, therapeutic discussions, individual appointments, network meetings, development of treatment and rehabilitation plans, taking drug screening samples, and other tasks related to the implementation of substitution therapy. This is a day shift position, which includes regular weekend shifts approximately once a month and shifts on public holidays. What are the requirements? The ideal candidate has a practical nurse qualification, knowledge of medication management, and experience in psychosocial rehabilitation. Experience in providing substitution therapy and good individual and team working skills are also valued. Proficiency in Finnish is required. The position requires completion of LOVe medication management exams and vaccination protection in accordance with sections 48 and 48a of the Infectious Diseases Act. What do we offer?
