Job Description
Join our expert team driving the future of renewable energy through advanced electrical simulation and grid integration. As Engineer Electrical Simulations & Models (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing models that ensure our wind turbines meet global grid compliance standards. Develop and maintain electrical simulation models using power system simulation software (e.g. PSCAD, DIgSilent PowerFactory, Siemens PSS/E). Conduct grid integration studies including stability and harmonics to support wind power plant performance. Validate and benchmark simulation models against real-world data and grid requirements. Collaborate with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to interpret and implement simulation model requirements. Automate model development and study processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide technical feedback to product development teams based on grid compliance insights. Apply deep knowledge of power systems and control theory to improve model quality and turbine-grid interaction.
