Café and Customer Service Worker, Harjavalta - Paalu Partners Group - Harjavalta, Finland

PP KAHVILAT OY is looking for employees for the Harjavalta swimming hall. We will start offering ticket sales and café services at the swimming hall from August 10th. The Harjavalta swimming and sports hall will provide diverse and high-quality café services, including catering and meeting refreshments. We will also handle ticket sales and customer service for the Harjavalta municipality. The swimming hall is open from August to June, seven days a week. Working hours are approximately 6:00-21:00 on weekdays and 10:00-18:00 on weekends. Your tasks include preparing, displaying, and selling café products, as well as maintaining cleanliness of the premises. Additionally, you will sell tickets at the swimming hall and guide customers in the services offered. The café offers a wide selection of products, from small snacks to more substantial items. We bake our delicious buns and croissants ourselves, and the selection also includes sports products. We prepare hot lunches and various catering services for clubs/groups for events held at the swimming hall and sports hall. We value a cheerful customer service attitude, initiative, and resilience under pressure. The work may involve working alone at times, as well as part of a team. We are looking for approximately 3-5 people with different hourly contracts. We follow the PAM collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant sector, which determines the salary. However, we can agree on a salary higher than the collective agreement based on previous work experience.
