Communications Director - Orkla Care Oy - Remote - Global

Orkla Snacks Norge is looking for an engaged and clear Communications Director to lead our communication efforts in Norway. The role involves safeguarding and strengthening the reputation of Orkla Snacks Norway and its brands such as Smash!, Stratos, KiMs, Sætre, and BUBS. The director will work both strategically and operationally, handling media relations, crisis management, internal and external communication, leadership support, PR, and content creation. The role reports to the CEO of Orkla Snacks Norway and involves collaboration across the company and with the parent company. Responsibilities include media handling, crisis communication, internal and external messaging, supporting leadership, PR, content production, and sustainability communication. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of higher education, 8-10 years of relevant experience in communication and PR, strong media management skills, and excellent communication in Norwegian and English.
