Nurse - Attendo Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a nurse for the Attendo Tetritupa home for the elderly in Juuka. The home is small and cozy, with 28 places, in a natural and peaceful environment. The nurse will be responsible for comprehensive care planning and implementation, coordinating and evaluating medication treatment, providing professional support to the team, working closely with residents' relatives and multidisciplinary teams, and participating in developing safe, high-quality, resident-centered daily routines. The position is full-time and permanent, with work mainly in weekday mornings. The start date will be agreed upon. Requirements include a nursing degree, vaccination against infectious diseases, hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months, fluent Finnish language skills, criminal record extract, pharmacy licenses or readiness to obtain within one month, and a social and healthcare card. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with the elderly, respectful, warm, able to handle situations with humor, independent, open to new ideas, and willing to develop their work.
