Job Description
Customer Service Representatives for Winter Season! Would you like to work in an international environment during the winter in the stunning scenery of Lapland? We are looking for several customer service representatives for our client to handle the customer experience during the winter season. The work begins in November with a comprehensive orientation period, and the season is expected to last until early April. Previous experience in customer service is not required; the most important qualities are a cheerful attitude, courage to meet people, and a desire to learn new things! As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the safari area, providing guidance, advice, and answering their questions. Additionally, you will give safety and driving instructions and work closely with other staff members. You will excel in this role if you enjoy meeting people and are comfortable using English as your working language daily. We offer full-time work during the winter season, opportunity for additional and overtime hours during peak times, good orientation, a dedicated contact person to support you throughout your employment, and reliable salary payments. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, mainly between 8 am and 6 pm. The position offers a salary in accordance with the MaRa collective agreement, approximately €14-16/hour, depending on previous experience. We primarily prioritize local applicants but also consider those willing to relocate. Requirements include fluent in English and Finnish, energetic and proactive work attitude, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work as part of a team. Previous customer service experience or industry training is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
