Caregiver for a friendly client in Kemiönsaari We are looking for a caregiver for part-time work to assist a friendly client in Kemiönsaari. Visits approximately once a week, 2-3 hours per visit. A caregiver-helper is a person trained in social and health care who provides daily assistance and companionship to a designated client. The caregiver-helper supports clients in all kinds of daily activities, such as outdoor walks, shopping trips, home maintenance, supporting eating, companionship, and conversation. The caregiver-helper supports the client’s overall well-being. Tasks include: - assisting with showering - monitoring health - supporting independence at home - assisting with mobility - supporting self-care Additionally, you can help the client with showering and personal hygiene. The work does not include medical services such as medication administration. What does the work of a caregiver-helper require? A desire to help others. Additionally, the work requires social and health care training or solid experience in caregiving. The most important thing is that you want to spend time with those in need of help and make their daily lives better through your actions. The work can be tailored to your situation, and working hours are very flexible. What is the best part of working as a caregiver-helper? The most common working time is 2-10 hours per week. - Competitive salary: €14.82-16.82/hour + additional benefits according to the collective agreement and holiday pay. - Good advancement opportunities: you can progress to pro- or guru-helper status based on experience and positive client feedback, which may include salary increases!
