Job Description

We have been operating in Pirkanmaa since 2013 and have a strong local reputation as a plumbing renovation partner. We are looking for a salesperson to join the Tampere team. What does the work involve in practice? Representing Taloturva and presenting the best solutions for HVAC renovations. We have approximately 15 visits per week scheduled in your calendar. Start of the day: The day begins at the office with the team. We review the day's meetings and goals before customer visits. 2. Customer meetings: You hold scheduled meetings at the customer's home. Discuss the customer's situation, identify needs, and clearly present the solution. Listening is as important as speaking. The goal is to find a suitable solution for the customer and close the sale. 3. End of the day: At the end of the day, you will know exactly how you performed. Results are measurable, and successes are reflected directly in your earnings. What can you earn from this? The salary model consists of a base salary and a clear bonus structure. The average earner makes about €4,600 per month. In September 2025, our top salesperson earned €12,000 in a month. What do customers think of the visits? We measure customer satisfaction after each visit with a feedback survey sent via text message. In 2026, our NPS score was 72, equivalent to a grade of 9, indicating very high customer satisfaction. You sell a service that customers are genuinely satisfied with and stand behind easily.
