Job Description
My client, a leading iGaming business, is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join their expanding Legal team in Cyprus. The role involves providing legal advice on commercial, corporate, labor, and partnership matters, drafting and reviewing agreements, advising on IP and licensing, liaising with external counsel, and supporting M&A activities. The position requires a law degree, qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' experience, strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and excellent English communication skills.
