Esperi Hoivakoti Pakari is located in the scenic area of Punkalaituma, where a warm-hearted group of care professionals work. We offer meaningful work, and it is easy for new employees to join us. We are now looking for a permanent practical nurse for night-focused work. Our nursing home provides 24-hour assisted living for 48 elderly people in Punkalaituma, near services. We have two group homes: Kaisankoti and Hilma and Matti. Our daily life is based on a rehabilitative and participatory approach – residents are encouraged to do chores, hobbies, spend time together and be independent. Our team works with heart and supports each other in everyday situations. Practical nurse's work with us: You create a safe, meaningful and valuable everyday life for our residents. Since the work focuses on night shifts, your job description includes assisting residents in activities according to their needs, e.g. securing the resident's sleep, positioning care, toilet assistance and small housekeeping tasks. You help, support and ensure that the resident's everyday life is safe and meaningful. In addition, you implement medication care. Night shifts are worked alone. Employment details: Permanent and full-time practical nurse. 3-shift work, focusing on night shifts. We hope for a start as soon as possible! Salary: We follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is 2415.76-2612.33 €/month (salary class G20C). In addition, we pay a unit-specific addition of 50€/month if you have completed medication permits. We hope for: a practical nurse's degree, previous experience in elderly care, valid medication permits, hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act, fluent Finnish language skills, a positive, active and proactive approach to work.
