Service Supervisor for Government Sites - Palmia Oy

Responsibilities In this mobile role, most of your workdays will be spent on quality assurance. You will also ensure the smooth daily operation of the cleaning sites in your area, onboard staff, and occasionally participate in cleaning work as random substitutions. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning equipment, detergents, and participate in daily customer cooperation. Your working area consists of about 15 demanding government sites. The sites are located in the areas of Helsinki, Vantaa, Järvenpää, Hyvinkää, Porvoo, Loviisa, and Nurmijärvi. You move between sites either in your own or Palmia's car. We require from you We require previous work experience in cleaning supervisor duties for at least two years and a vocational, specialist, or UAS degree suitable for the position. You also have good IT skills and a Class B driver's license. To succeed in the position, you need good communication skills, as well as fluent Finnish and English language skills.
