We are seeking a psychologist for the complex support competence center within disability services. In this role, you will work in multidisciplinary teams providing psychological support and expertise across outpatient and inpatient services. You will be a member of the complex multidisciplinary support expert group and/or the decision-making team for complex multidisciplinary work. The role also includes multidisciplinary clinics for medical rehabilitation, primarily serving children and adolescents. Key responsibilities: - Conducting and evaluating psychological assessments - Participating in the assessment and implementation of restrictive measures - Promoting clients' self-determination and participation - Participating in investigations related to special care under involuntary treatment and preparing assessment reports. We expect you to have: - A master's degree in psychology and licensure as a licensed psychologist (in accordance with the Act on Healthcare Professionals 559/94). Preferred qualifications: - Experience in complex multidisciplinary work and psychological assessments for different age groups, including report writing. We hope you have insights into self-determination, participation, and restrictive measures under the Act on Intellectual Disabilities, as well as the ability to work as an expert member in multidisciplinary teams. The future plan includes the completion of a new building for complex support services in Vanha-Ulvila by late 2028. Partial remote work is possible. Terms of employment and salary are based on the SOTE agreement. We observe a six-month probation period.
