Communication Specialist for Built Environment Project Communication - Welado Oy

Are you passionate about infrastructure projects? Do you keep your words and overall picture clear even when diving into details? We are now looking for a project communication specialist to strengthen our team and support meaningful built environment projects. This role offers the opportunity to perform diverse and challenging communication tasks centered on impactful stakeholder work and clear information dissemination. The position is fixed-term until the end of 2026, with hourly pay and a workload of up to 50% of full-time. If there are enough tasks afterwards, the employment may continue permanently and full-time. Daily activities include project meetings, preparing stakeholder notices, updating presentation materials, creating new web pages, assisting with tenders, building crisis communication exercises, updating social media, and planning team activities. Success requires a university degree with communication studies, at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure project communication, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, excellent Finnish and English skills, good collaboration and communication skills, resilience, and a commitment to our values: brave, open, trustworthy, empathetic, and the best for our team. Work can be in Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, Joensuu, Seinäjoki, Kuopio, Jyväskylä, or remote. Salary estimate: 3600-4800 € per month.
