We are looking for sales-minded and goal-oriented telemarketers to strengthen the customer-focused and professional tele-sales team for our client DHL Express. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing a designated B2B customer portfolio and actively acquiring new customers. Additionally, you will help customers achieve their goals by identifying business opportunities and offering DHL Express solutions tailored to their needs. Your daily tasks will include new customer acquisition, regular contact with existing customers, and multichannel service for B2B clients. We expect applicants to: - Be customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Have an active and results-driven approach, with excellent communication and teamwork skills - Previous experience in sales or logistics is considered an advantage, but a proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a team are most important - Fluent in Finnish and English - Good IT skills and previous experience with customer information systems and Office programs. As a telemarketer, your main tools are the phone and email, so you should be confident in contacting customers through multiple channels.
