As a personal assistant, you will support the client in situations where they need another person's help, for example in movement, household chores, or leisure activities. The purpose of the personal assistant is to support the client's right to self-determination and the possibility to live a life of their own choosing. The work of a personal assistant is down-to-earth and adaptable to situations. Days can vary a lot, and tasks are always planned according to the client's needs. No previous experience in the position is required, as we will orient you to the work. As an employer, we are always easily reachable and supportive so that the work proceeds safely and naturally. Shifts are planned by mutual agreement so that everyday life remains functional and clear for everyone. We are now looking for a part-time personal assistant for our client in Kotka. The client is a man who needs help with leisure activities. The assistant must be responsible and reliable. Working hours are 30 hours/month. The client and assistant agree on the shifts together. A criminal background check for working with disabled persons (Act on the Supervision of Social and Health Care) is required from the person selected for the job.
