As a waiter, you are responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the kitchen and other staff. Your duties include greeting and guiding customers, recommending food, drinks, and wines, à la carte service, upselling, maintaining cleanliness and comfort of the restaurant, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for every guest. We hope you have fluent Finnish language skills (additional language skills are considered an advantage), a cheerful and customer-oriented attitude, interest in good food and drinks, ability to work as part of a close-knit team, initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude, hygiene passport, and serving license is considered an advantage.
