Your task is to act as the supervisor of the unit's personnel and lead the unit's operations effectively, efficiently, and economically to achieve the strategic goals of the Police University College. Your responsibilities also include developing and renewing the skills of the unit's staff. Additionally, you will develop the unit and the police activities and training under its responsibility, and maintain contact with the Police Administration, police units, and other authorities and stakeholders. If necessary, you will also participate in teaching, expert, and RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) activities. The Shared Competence Unit at the Police University College is responsible for organizing degree and continuing education related to the sector, participating in curriculum development, developing teaching content, implementations, and assessment practices, producing teaching materials, and participating in student recruitment, paid activities, and research, development, and innovation activities. The position is located within the Shared Competence Unit of the Police University College, which includes areas responsible for general management, interaction, and training, as well as legal and operational capacity.
