We are looking for a shift manager to join the Sushibar+Wine team in Helsinki! Would you like to work with quality food, wine, and excellent customer service? We are now seeking a full-time shift manager to strengthen the team at our Helsinki restaurants. In your role, you will: - Serve as shift manager at two restaurants in Helsinki city center: Uudenmaankatu and Fredrikinkatu - Ensure smooth shift operations together with the team - Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a positive work environment - Lead by example with a positive attitude even during busy times What we offer: - Full-time employment - Approximately 90 hours of work per 3 weeks - A professional and relaxed work community - Opportunities to grow and develop in the restaurant industry We hope you have: - A positive and proactive work attitude - Ability to lead a shift and stay in control during busy periods - Good communication skills and team spirit - Hygiene passport and alcohol service license - Previous experience in the restaurant industry and supervisory roles is considered an advantage Salary according to agreement or previous experience.
