Responsible Physician, Service Line for Renewing Services, Espoo - Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue - Espoo, Finland

We are developing primary health care in the Western Uusimaa region steadily and with long-term planning. Our digital services were launched in spring 2025, and the digital clinic has established itself as part of our regional service package. However, we are still at the beginning of digital service development, and to support this work, we are now seeking medical expertise. We are looking for a responsible physician for a fixed-term position until December 31, 2027, for the Service Line for Renewing Services. The responsible physician's work consists of complementary areas, combining digital transactions and digital service development. You will serve as the medical expert and developer for digital transactions and the digital clinic implemented in Lunna. You will participate especially in the development of the following areas: - Continuous services in Lunna - Preventive health care - Intelligent assessment of care needs - Presentation of patient data in Lunna - Digital pathways - Forms and surveys affecting treatment decisions - Digital content related to medication Your tasks include developing medical guidelines and content in close collaboration with the digital clinic staff, health center personnel, and the digital services, development, and innovation unit. You will act as the supervisor of doctors working at the digital clinic and be responsible for their smooth work, well-being, and professional daily life. In this role, you will promote a positive professional experience, work well-being, and operational efficiency. You will develop operational models of the digital clinic in close cooperation with a multidisciplinary team and participate in service development, standardization of procedures, and continuous quality improvement.
