Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We are partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to a high-profile, large-scale client account. This role supports a high-volume stakeholder group across Business Banking & Wealth portfolios, delivering recruitment outcomes that directly impact business performance. In this role, you will operate as a trusted recruitment advisor, partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end recruitment solutions. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, design and execute effective sourcing strategies, and ensure delivery of a seamless, compliant process with an exceptional candidate experience at its core. Working within a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days onsite per week), you will collaborate with a high-performing recruitment team and be present with key stakeholders in Sydney, while maintaining strong accountability and results across your portfolio.
