Customer Acquisition Representative - Ideko Suomi Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are looking for new customer acquisition representatives for our Vantaa location. In this role, you are an important part of the customer journey: identifying customer needs, generating interest, and booking appointments for our designers' furniture surveys. You will not perform direct sales, but you will significantly influence the first impression of Ideko. What does the work involve? - Discussing customers' daily lives and furniture needs - Generating interest and building trust during the initial contact - Scheduling appointments for furniture planning You will quickly get into the rhythm of the work, **when your attitude is right**.
