HR Business Partner - Terveystalo Oy - Remote - Global

We have over 14,000 professionals in nearly 400 locations across Finland, working where people live their daily lives and where our domestic work is needed. We are now looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will strengthen business performance through strategic and operational HR management and ensure good HR practices in your area of responsibility. You will advise and support business leaders and managers on key HR issues aligned with our strategy. You will be responsible for implementing HR processes in your region and participate in strategic and operational planning. The position offers a diverse set of tasks in a rapidly developing and meaningful industry within our People & Careers organization. The role is full-time and permanent, primarily based in Helsinki, with possible other locations. We work in a hybrid model, with about half of the working hours performed on-site.
