You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of large project portfolios, ensuring that various building technology areas work seamlessly together. Work Tasks In your role, you will manage extensive entities and ensure that demanding building technology projects are completed with quality, on time, and within budget. - Responsible for managing large project portfolios and overall coordination - Ensure project progress according to the agreed schedule - Responsible for project cost management and budget monitoring - Oversee work quality and compliance with technical requirements - Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and partners - Prioritize tasks and solve challenges with a goal-oriented approach We are looking for - Technical educational background, such as engineer or master of science (Building Technology/HVAC) - Strong experience in roles such as project manager, project director, or lead - Proven success in managing large and complex projects - Experience in project management, cost estimation, and scheduling - Fluent in Finnish and English - Willingness to travel within the capital region and project sites We value if you have - Data center expertise or experience in similar technical environments - Experience in industrial, commercial, or office building projects To succeed in this role, you are: - Able to prioritize - Resilient to stress - Cooperative Recruitment Process Academic Work is handling this recruitment on behalf of our client, who prefers all questions related to the position to be directed to Academic Work.
