Software Engineer - Tech Mahindra - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions across diverse use cases including forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection. The role requires strong expertise in Python programming, time series modeling, and end to end ML lifecycle management, with a focus on building scalable, production ready systems. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining time series forecasting models using frameworks such as Facebook Prophet and ARIMA, developing models for classification, regression, and anomaly detection. They will write clean, efficient, and well documented Python code to support data pipelines, model training, and inference. Responsibilities include conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights, preprocessing raw datasets, and engineering features to improve model performance. The role involves evaluating models with appropriate metrics, iterating for accuracy and robustness, and collaborating with data engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems. Additionally, the candidate will monitor deployed models, set up alerts for drift or performance degradation, document architectures and experiments, and stay updated with the latest AI/ML research to propose improvements.
