Job Description
Kalmar is seeking a Global Process Owner for Record to Report to lead the development and harmonization of finance processes worldwide. The role involves driving process automation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, serving as a strategic partner bridging high-level strategy with operational excellence. Based in Helsinki or another European site, with a hybrid work model, the candidate will collaborate with global teams to shape the future of financial operations, ensuring alignment with Kalmar’s sustainability and innovation goals. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Finance, over 10 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership in process architecture and digital transformation.
