A fixed-term position for a Special Education Teacher in the primary school at Rajakylä School is available from August 10, 2026, to December 3, 2026. The task involves teaching a small group in early primary education. Additionally, co-teaching is part of the role. Rajakylä School is a comprehensive school with over 600 students in northern Oulu. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/1998). Original certificates demonstrating qualifications must be presented during the interview. We require strong knowledge of the support reform and experience with inclusive teaching arrangements. Successful performance in the role requires good communication skills and experience in co-teaching. Salary is determined according to the municipal collective agreement for the education sector. Before the appointment is confirmed, the selected candidate must, within 30 days of receiving the decision, present a criminal background check issued under the Act on Background Checks of Persons Working with Children (504/2002), Section 3.
