
CRM Executive - Immense Group - Tal-Pietà, Malta
Job Description
The CRM Executive will coordinate and execute CRM projects and campaigns, be the point of contact with all stakeholders involved and making sure that quality is delivered across all levels. The main responsibilities will be to assist the CRM team with day-to-day tasks, coordinate, set up and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB tests, and automated programs, execute campaigns across multiple channels including newsletters, direct mail, and SMS, ensure quality in translations, content, artwork, bonuses, newsletters, and landing pages, handle lists and segmentation, liaise with customer service, monitor and evaluate campaigns, create and distribute surveys, provide feedback on CRM tools, and coordinate with design and content teams.
