We are looking for a shift manager for our client company in Hämeenlinna for a permanent position. Our client is a well-known and respected restaurant, especially famous for its hamburgers, with multiple locations. We are now seeking a shift manager to handle the front-of-house duties at the Hämeenlinna branch. As a shift manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant, team collaboration, and quality customer service. You will manage work schedules and orders, support and lead your team, help develop the restaurant's operations, and provide high-quality service on the floor. In this role, your personal style is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and work is carried out with enthusiasm and pride. The position offers a diverse and responsible workload focused on quality food and a positive atmosphere. Working hours include day and evening shifts, with 90 hours every 3 weeks. You can start immediately or as agreed. Salary follows the MaRa collective agreement. Your skills will be considered in salary level and progression.
