Caregivers for disability home services 16-17€/h - Bene Terveyspalvelut Oy

We are looking for caregivers to work in non-urgent disability home services throughout the region of Southwest Finland. Client hours vary from 10 to 20 hours per month, and you can take on multiple clients to suit your schedule. Please include your education and the area where you can work in your application. Also, mention your experience with disability services. The work may include assisting with daily activities, basic care, escort assistance, outdoor activities, and meal supervision. Your work focuses on the well-being of the client and helping clients/families manage daily life. Your work supports the client's resilience and reduces daily stress. We offer flexible work that can be adjusted to your personal situation with suitable clients. We hope you can commit to at least one client for a month. Shifts are mainly between 6 am and 10 pm. Work takes place mainly in clients' homes and their immediate surroundings. We are looking for proactive professionals with good communication skills who have experience in disability services. Currently, we are hiring a male caregiver for a young client in Salo. We offer: - An hourly wage primarily between 16-17€ + 9% holiday bonus (17.44-18.53€/h) + evening and weekend supplements according to collective agreement. - Wages are determined based on the complexity of the work and experience.
