As a private provider of social services, we implement commissioned family care, adoption counseling, foster family activities, and expert services in our regional services. We are now looking for a family counselor for the Turku office of the South Finland regional services. The primary task of the family care family counselor is to guide and support family caregivers through support visits and other communication. The family counselor cooperates with the parents and relatives of placed children and supports the cooperation relationship between parents and foster parents. The family counselor's task is to act as an active team member and cooperate with social workers and family counselors in various tasks and networks. The tasks include up-to-date recording and reporting. We offer you an interesting and versatile task in a respected organization. Requirements: - Qualification as a Social Worker (Sosionomi) according to the Act on Social Care Professionals 817/2015. - Previous experience in child protection; experience in family care tasks as well as PRIDE and family-specific coaching is considered an advantage. - Team spirit. - Previous experience working in an organization is also valued. The employment is permanent and full-time. Start date is 1.9.26 or earlier by agreement. We follow the collective agreement for the private social services sector. Salary is determined by experience and skills, TES salary class G26 (2952.96 € – 3331.25 €). The position involves travel (driver's license is essential) and occasionally evening and weekend work.
