Summer Employee for Local/Patrol Security in Hämeenlinna - SOL Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy - Hämeenlinna, Finland

We are looking for active and motivated individuals to join our summer team in the Hämeenlinna area. Positions include LOCAL SECURITY GUARDS at specific sites and PATROL SECURITY GUARDS patrolling various locations. The employment is temporary for the summer, starting at the end of May or beginning of June, and ending in August-September. Your tasks may include customer service, guiding visitors, monitoring customer sites using various security systems, store security, crowd control, and patrol/security alarm duties. You will also handle various follow-up actions in emergency situations. Workdays are interesting and varied, allowing you to solve different situations. Work is generally performed on all days and times according to the shift schedule. We appreciate flexibility in working hours and will accommodate this mutually. We expect applicants to have: - Valid security guard or crowd control license (a temporary guard license can be obtained before starting work) - Experience in customer service - Careful and responsible attitude - Problem-solving skills - B-class driving license (for patrol security) - Finnish language skills (B2/C level written and spoken) The most important thing for us is a positive attitude towards work and customers.
