Production Supervisor Evertaste Oy - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are looking for a production supervisor for our client Evertaste Oy, to handle diverse tasks. As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operational activities of Evertaste's cold kitchen during your shift. You will oversee operational development and lead personnel together with other supervisors. Your work will be guided by the IFS Food quality standard and efficient production processes. Ensuring food safety is also a key part of your daily tasks. You will be supported by the production manager and other department supervisors and specialists. We expect the applicant to have: - Relevant educational background, such as a degree in food, catering, or restaurant management, and several years of experience in daily operations and management in the food industry - Previous experience with food quality systems and knowledge of hygiene requirements - Interest in developing operations, especially in production quality and efficiency - Ability to organize and prioritize production effectively and knowledge of cost-efficient production processes - Ability to act in accordance with company values, promoting a positive work environment - Independent and precise approach to work, adaptable to changing situations - Excellent problem-solving and stress tolerance skills - Good communication skills with various stakeholders and ability to create a safe and encouraging work environment where employees succeed and production runs as planned - Fluent Finnish language skills and good physical endurance - Hygiene passport Due to the work environment, we require a clean background from the selected candidate, and we will conduct a brief security check and salmonella test before employment. The work will be performed at Evertaste's food factory in Vantaa. Working hours are mainly between Monday and Saturday, varying from 6:00 to 22:00. The position is full-time and permanent.
