We are looking for a skilled worker to join the plastics industry and build your expertise! We are seeking a motivated and handy individual for production tasks in the plastics industry for our client. In this role, you will perform various tasks: lining, coating, plastic welding, and other plastic processing duties. The role will grow with your skills, offering real development opportunities. Previous experience in the plastics industry is a plus but not mandatory. Education in metalworking or HVAC is also considered an advantage. The most important thing for us is attitude: willingness to learn, do, and develop. The work begins at the Porin production facilities, where you will get hands-on experience. In the future, you will also participate in installation work at customer sites, so we expect you to be ready for travel and assignments both in Finland and abroad. A B-driving license is considered an advantage due to mobility. Work safety and fire safety certificates are required for the role. You will work in an environment where chemicals are handled, but don’t worry, our client provides appropriate protective gear to ensure safe and comfortable working conditions. Working hours are weekdays, 40 hours/week (Monday 7:16, Friday 7:13.30). Salary is based on the collective agreement for the plastics and chemical industries. The work will start during September according to agreement. The employment begins through Värväämö, and after the probation period, you may transfer to our client’s payroll once you have performed well and shown a desire to develop in the role.
