We are looking for a motivated construction supervisor to join our growing team. The position is especially suitable for a construction engineering (AMK) or engineering student who wants to gain practical experience in construction management alongside their studies. As a construction supervisor, you will participate in the daily activities of the construction site together with an experienced team. Your tasks include, among others: renovation projects and various building refurbishments - guiding workers and coordinating work - monitoring schedules - supervising material deliveries - ensuring safety and cleanliness on site - communicating with subcontractors and clients - documenting and reporting on the construction site You will receive an orientation and support from more experienced construction supervisors. We expect from you - construction engineering studies (AMK) - interest in construction management and site operations - initiative and responsible work attitude - good teamwork and communication skills - willingness to learn and develop in the field - B driver's license is considered an advantage
