We are looking for department managers for fresh departments at K-Supermarket Koskenala in Seinäjoki. The store will be a versatile, active, and seasonal grocery store. Our staff's top priority is the customer and exceeding customer expectations. We focus on easy and pleasant shopping experiences and a high-quality selection that fits everyone's budget. The core of our selection will be fruits and vegetables, fresh products from the Food World service counter, and meals prepared in our own kitchen for small or large appetites. Our location near the hospital and recreational spots requires excellent snack and drink options. In addition to local residents, we will serve passersby in a busy traffic junction. Additional services include K-Order for online orders, Posti, and other parcel services. You will work in your own area of responsibility as well as other store tasks. The store owner and staff are moving from K-Market Kärki to K-Supermarket Koskenala. We are already working at a brisk pace but in a relaxed and fun team. We are now looking for more team members. You will participate in store work from customer service to sales floor work. You will be responsible for one or more departments, ensuring the relevance, sales, and profitability of the department's selection. The work includes unloading, planning and building displays, and campaign and sales planning with the store owner, other responsible persons, and suppliers, supported by K Group's excellent digital tools. We value responsibility, efficient, and careful work attitude. With fewer hours, work will focus more on evenings and weekends. Your role as a seller is crucial for the success of the customer's shopping experience. We hope you have a cheerful and open customer service attitude, proactive and flexible attitude, stress tolerance, ability to work alone and in a team, eagerness to learn, Finnish language skills, and are at least 18 years old. Experience in retail is a plus but not necessary as we will train you. For department managers, experience in retail work is expected. The specific department responsibility is not mandatory; enthusiasm and ability to learn more are most important.
