Substitute full-time teacher for high school and basic education - mathematical subjects - Pellon kunta - Pello, Finland

We are seeking a substitute full-time teacher for high school and basic education in Pellon municipality for the period from September 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with duties including teaching mathematical subjects. What are the requirements? - The qualification requirement is described in the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (14.12.1998/986, Chapter 3 Basic Education and Pre-primary Education, Section 5; Chapter 4, High School, Section 10). Other employment details: - Salary and other terms of employment are determined according to OVTES and local assessment of difficulty. The task-specific salary is at least €3490.34/month (eligible). - A three-month probationary period applies. - The selected candidate must submit an acceptable medical certificate of health and an acceptable criminal record extract issued within 6 months, in accordance with law 504/2002 (concerning background checks for those working with children), before taking up the position.
