eCOM Specialist - Jula - Espoo, Finland

In 2025, Jula Holding's turnover was about one billion euros. We are now strengthening our Finnish eCommerce team and are looking for a permanent, full-time eCOM Specialist for Jula Finland Oy. The role involves managing the commercial and analytical aspects of Jula's digital sales channels in Finland, influencing customer experience, sales, and digital business development. The job includes optimizing online content, campaigns, personalization, and digital customer journey, analyzing performance, and collaborating with marketing, purchasing, logistics, and other teams. We seek someone with experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or retail, with a strong motivation, commercial mindset, and interest in digital business development. Skills in data-driven decision making, digital customer experience, A/B testing, and proficiency in Finnish and English are required. The role is based in Espoo, hybrid work, reporting to the eCOM Manager, with an immediate start preferred.
