We are looking for home care assistants for on-call work in respiratory care teams in Tampere and nearby municipalities. The work is three-shift. Work schedules are made in six-week periods, and we take your wishes into account via the Oma Työ app. The job allows for versatile professional development, and we organize orientation tailored to the individual and their care work. Our clients' situations are always individual in personality and care needs, and we hope for an open attitude to meet the client and respond to their needs. Important in home-based work is that you perform your work independently and want to build a good and lasting customer relationship. We value broad professional skills from the care sector. We expect from you: Social and health care qualification (practical nurse), Sote professional license, Infectious disease vaccination protection, Willingness to commit to quality care work, Good communication and teamwork skills, positive and proactive attitude, Valid LOVe licenses (can be obtained through us), Strong IT skills for smooth system use, Good spoken and written Finnish, Criminal record extract (required for working with elderly or disabled persons). Salary: Depending on service allowances: €15.09-€17.09. We use the private social services sector collective agreement salary class G22 (practical nurses). How does the application process proceed?
