Responsible for developing and maintaining learning environments and supporting community-based pedagogy. Ensure the educational goals of the children’s group are met and daily routines run smoothly in collaboration with other staff. Work in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act and guiding documents. Attend to children’s basic needs, care procedures, and well-being. Support and enrich children’s play and ensure a safe environment. Participate in implementing and evaluating support measures. Carry out teaching tasks and small group activities following the instructions of the early childhood education teacher. Promote team-based pedagogy and build a community-oriented, encouraging, and developing work culture. Foster a respectful, interactive, and learning-oriented work atmosphere and maintain good cooperation with children’s guardians.
