Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our RPO client, a large global technology organization. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing the customized RPO solution, ensuring quality assurance, and acting as a strategic partner. The position is remote but requires proximity to Dallas, TX, with occasional travel. Responsibilities include creating project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, managing client interactions, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, full cycle recruiting knowledge, familiarity with SLA/SOW, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s preferred.
