PowerPark Head Chef for PowerPark in a permanent position Would you like to be involved in building a unique restaurant complex in a lively environment? We are now looking for a head chef to support the amusement park's kitchen manager—both in ideation and practical implementation. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the kitchen manager and actively participate in developing operations and ensuring smooth daily activities. Job Description As a head chef, you will be responsible for: - Developing food products and menus customer-oriented. - Improving and refining the production control system. - Training and onboarding staff at various skill levels. - Monitoring and ensuring quality, work processes, and operational efficiency. We Expect You To Have: - Experience in supervisory roles in a kitchen. - Insight and enthusiasm for product development. - Ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team. - Organized and development-oriented work approach. - Resilience in a busy environment. - Finnish language skills are required for job performance.
