We are looking for a shift manager to join our supervisory team in a permanent position, working 90 hours per 3-week period across three restaurants. A fixed-term contract is also possible. Start date according to agreement, considering the applicant's situation. The restaurants are located in the heart of Rovaniemi, on Maakuntakatu. As a shift manager, you need an inspiring and energetic attitude, leading your team daily towards better results. Your work is diverse: you are responsible for smooth shift operations and overall management across three interesting concepts. You will organize shift activities efficiently, handle daily tasks, and focus on staff well-being and skill development. As a shift manager, your responsibilities include promoting and ensuring sales and customer satisfaction, as well as guiding and developing daily operations.
